Spacious villa newly renovated in a small village Tinj, in Zadar county. Surrounded by nature and peaceful landscape. Villa Vito is 200 m2 large on a property of over 2500 m2. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area , TV-SAT, playstation, WIFI.. one double bedroom and bathroom with tub and washing machine . On the first floor there are other 4 double bedrooms and one also with extra sleeping sofa for 2 additional guests, as well as bathroom with shower and A/C. Beautiful outside area with large pool of 50m2 plus children’s pool of 6m2, jacuzzi, garden furniture, deckchairs and sun umbrellas, shadowed gazebo with seating area ideal for dining outside, BBQ station and children’s playground. The location of the village Tinj is perfect for guests who loves nature and exploring nature beauties that this area has. Vrana Lake with its ornithological reserve, excellent cycle paths and the Kamenjak viewpoint from where you can see the Kornati archipelago.
