Holiday home Marina is situated in Glavica – Sukošan village, 3.5 km away from the beach in Zadar county. The property is fully fenced surrounded by nature and green hills. The house is 130 mt2 large and consists of fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, 3 bedrooms, one with 2 separate beds and 2 with double beds. There are also 2 bathrooms, one with bath and other with shower. Close to outside area there is a recreation room with some fitness equipment, billiard table and dart, extra kitchen, and toilet. In the yard there is a beautiful swimming pool, with sun loungers and deckchairs, garden furniture, big BBQ station with dining table. At disposal for our guests there are also bicycles. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
