The house is 130 mt2 large and consists of fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, 3 bedrooms, one with 2 separate beds and 2 with double beds. There are also 2 bathrooms, one with bath and other with shower. Close to outside area there is a recreation room with some fitness equipment, billiard table and dart, extra kitchen, and toilet. In the yard there is a beautiful swimming pool, with sun loungers and deckchairs, garden furniture, big BBQ station with dining table. At disposal for our guests there are also bicycles. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
