Cosy and comfortable nest for two. This sweet flat is designed and built to be comfortable and functional. Designed like an interior of a boat, it conceals various custom-made equipped corners, optimal for not sacrificing space and always having a considerable order in the home.
The flat is located in an elegant building, opposite the historic Palazzo Coglitore. A beautiful view and a rather strategic location, a few steps from the seafront, the main attractions of the historic centre and the city’s typical restaurants. Recently renovated with care, furnished with flair and vivacity to make the rooms stimulating and never ordinary. Tradition meets modernism, tuff arches, wooden stairs and a lot of history, harmoniously embracing the modern and minimalist taste of furniture.
It is built on two floors; on the lower floor there is the kitchen, the living area with dining corner and TV, the bathroom with a small adjacent laundry. Accessing the upper floor there is the double bedroom with its comfortable small bathroom with a nice porthole as a window.
