Precious and prestigious loft in the heart of Palermo’s historic centre. Unique for its design and custom-made architectural interventions to highlight its qualities and uniqueness. The use of different materials, such as the tufa of the walls, the glass of the interior balconies, and the steel of the stairs or the wood of the furniture, makes for a curious and stimulating stay. A never-ending surprise in all the rooms.
On entering, there is a large living area, with a kitchen island, which separates the rooms, forming two lounges, with an area dedicated to relaxation, with large, comfortable sofas in real leather, and areas dedicated to lunch, with large dining tables and comfortable chairs. The style is refined and never predictable, the use of design objects and antiques makes the environment experimental and innovative.
Taking the stairs to the upper floor, one can find the bedrooms, of which there are 3 and are very spacious, with large wardrobes and chests of drawers and attached bathrooms with shower and bath. Here the rooms are very essential, light colours and natural materials that offer moments of pure harmony and calm. The spaces are optimised to the utmost, organised to meet any need.
The loft also has a large outdoor area, where one can relax and enjoy the open air, which is accessed from the elevated floor.
