The Home
Beautifully upgraded two-story home with plenty of space for the family. The home has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living rooms, and a game room for your kids upstairs.
There are four bedrooms located on the upstairs floor. The master bedroom has a cal-king bed with an ensuite bathroom. The remaining three upstairs bedrooms have cal-king beds and share the hallway bathroom. Downstairs has the remaining bedroom with a queen size bed. There is a bathroom on the main floor for this bedroom’s use.
The open-concept family room and kitchen has plenty of space for the family to gather. The kitchen has upgraded stainless steel appliances: oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
