You will enjoy views of the Gulf of Mexico from your cozy, private second floor balcony that has a unique staircase to the ground floor for quicker access to the beach! This unit has lovely angled ceilings and has been professionally updated and feels spacious and accommodating.
The master bedroom offers a large coastal king bed and access through double doors to the private balcony. The master bath has fine travertine tiled walk in shower and a single vanity. The second and third bedrooms offer queen beds and a shared bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combination. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
