Guests have access to all the amenities on the property including the rooms, the private swimming pool. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required.

Assagao is famously known as “The Beverly Hills of Goa” and has most recently become one of the best areas to find quality coffee shops and some of the finest restaurants and bars. The quaint village of Assagao is teeming with bushes of bougainvillea giving it the reputation of being a flower village and attracting tourists from all over the state to indulge in heritage walks and cultural activities.
We can help you get rented vehicles (two wheelers and cars). The best way to reach the villa is to book a prepaid taxi from the airport (We can help in booking that for you as well at a reasonable price). Airport is approximately 40 kms away. Nearest railway station is Thivim (~30 kms).
- Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed.
- We do have a kitchen available on site. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required.
- There are occasional power cuts in Goa. We have a power backup available at the villa to suffice basic needs. Air conditioners won’t work on the backup power supply.
- A Security deposit of Rs 20000 will be taken at the time of check-in and will be refunded 72 hours after checkout.
- Being located in a gated community, we don’t allow music in the outdoor section of the property.
- Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval.
- Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay.
