Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • THINGS TO KNOW:
  • Guest must be at least 25 years of age to book.
  • * Parking and Prohibited Vehicles:
  • - Limited spaces are available for oversized vehicles. The only overflow parking option for this is to park at the Island Church lot on Canal Road, almost 3 miles away.
  • - RVs, trailers, buses, etc., are NOT permitted even at the Island Church lot. Sprinter vans with RV hookups are also classified as Rvs and not permitted.
  • - For anyone bringing more than 2 vehicles: Overflow space in the parking garage is available on a first-come, first-served basis based upon availability each day.
  • Arrival Times
  • - Check-in begins at 3 PM. Please do not inquire about early check-in onsite. Instead, call us to check on this, as it may be available for a small fee.
  • - Guests are not permitted to use the facilities and amenities before their unit is ready for liability reasons.
  • Hot Tubs and Daily Service
  • - The Aquatics team will be coming to service the tubs DAILY. It is critical that they perform these services, so please grant them entry to the condo. However, you do not have to be in the unit for them to perform services.
