Welcome to our spacious, 3 bedroom/ 2 bath condo located on the 10th floor of Phoenix VIII in Orange Beach, Alabama! This beautiful condo is beachfront with great views. It has recently been updated with fresh paint and new furniture. Our condo features a large, inviting living and dining area that overlooks the Gulf with stunning views! There is plenty of room here for family and friends to gather for a nice meal or some serious game or movie watching on the flat-screen TV. The beachfront balcony is perfect for watching the dolphins play in the surf while sipping coffee and enjoying the sunrise. Then, relax and wind down in the evening on the balcony with a glass of wine and beautiful sunsets! The master bedroom faces the Gulf and has a sliding door that connects to the shared beachfront balcony. This bedroom has beautiful decor and an on-suite bath with a large walk-in tile shower. Both guest bedrooms are large and perfect for your guest. Guest Bedroom #1 has 1 Queen bed. Guest Bedroom #2 has 2 queen beds. Both bedrooms share a full-size shower in the hallway with a shower/tub combination. Our condo is well maintained and thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before your arrival. We follow the CDC and VRMA guidelines for cleaning our property. Special attention is given to ensuring high-touch areas have been cleaned and sanitized. Kitchen Features: Granite Countertops, Stainless Steel appliances, fully equipped with appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, drinkware, and more. The dining table has seating for 6 and a breakfast bar for additional seating. Living Room Features: Comfortable seating, ceiling fan, reading lamps, and a flat-screen TV. You will also have free WIFI and a full-size washer and dryer. Building amenities: Large Beach Front Pool, Charcoal Grills, Kiddie Pool, Indoor Pool, Hot Tubs, Gym, Racquetball Court, Sauna, Tennis Court, and Basketball Court.
