This beautiful condo is beachfront with great views. It has recently been updated with fresh paint and new furniture.
Our condo features a large, inviting living and dining area that overlooks the Gulf with stunning views! There is plenty of room here for family and friends to gather for a nice meal or some serious game or movie watching on the flat-screen TV.

The beachfront balcony is perfect for watching the dolphins play in the surf while sipping coffee and enjoying the sunrise. Then, relax and wind down in the evening on the balcony with a glass of wine and beautiful sunsets!

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
