This apartment is located next to the Avenida María de Molina, not far from the motorway ramp to the airport. It is easily accessible from anywhere in the city: take the Calle Principe de Vergara or the M-30 orbital motorway to reach it from the north area of Madrid or take the metro and get off at the Parque de las Avenidas station if you come from the city centre. The apartment is located in a lovely residential area where all the facilities are provided: supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, etc.. The apartment: The apartment is located on the ground floor of a secured building directly accessed from the street. Tastefully decorated and quiet, it provides the perfect setting for both short breaks and monthly stays. The living room has a sofa bed. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The apartment comes with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, internet WiFi, and A/C in all rooms of the apartment. The baby crib is subject to availability.
