House Rules: - No smoking indoors (use outdoor areas & ashtrays provided). - No pets. - Please respect the property and leave it as you found it. - Quiet hours: 9 pm – 8 am (weekdays), 11 pm – 8 am (weekends). Damages: We understand accidents happen! Let us know if anything breaks so we can replace it for the next guests. We won’t charge for minor breakages like crockery. Terms of Stay: A digitally signed agreement is required for bookings (sent via email) and we ask for ID to be provided. We take a security deposit or rental waiver for protection. This cosy apartment is located in the central area of Norwich with a 10 minutes walk to get to the city centre and quick access to the main transport routes such as the A47 if you do decide to explore Norfolk Broads. If you are visiting with your friend or family we suggest you visit Mousehold Heath for the best sunsets in Norwich. It takes around 5 minutes to drive, but every minute of that is worth the view. However, Norfolk is a big area, with many things to see and do. To make the most of your trip, we always recommend guests hire their own transport to see all Norfolk has to offer.
