This cozy 3 bedroom/2 bath home is conveniently located a walkable 0.8 miles from Lambeau Field, the Resch Center, and the Title Town District. We are situated near the busy corner of 9th and Oneida, providing quick access to 4 Green Bay hospitals and making this an excellent location for traveling nurses/medical professionals. Comfortable furnishings, lawn/snow care provided, free on-site laundry, utilities, and WIFI paid by host, off-street parking for two vehicles.
Please note that due to the varying length of stays at this property we do not provide continuous disposable items such as soaps/detergents/cleaning chemicals, trash bags, coffee filters, spices/cooking oil, or paper products. The unit is fully furnished with linens, towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. Sleeping in the basement is not permitted.
This property is professionally managed by Property Manager, with an office just blocks away in downtown Green Bay. We have a 24 hour emergency maintenance line if any issues should arise.

Any areas off limits are locked to avoid any confusion.
This home is owned by a traveling medical professional who opens his home to visitors while he is on assignment. It is a comfortable ranch style home with a finished basement.
