From the moment you arrive at It’s A Wonderful Life you are swept away to a beach paradise. Walk along the beautiful front yard, right onto the west-facing covered front porch, relax on the porch chairs and you are taken to the laid-back lifestyle.
Located just outside of town center, It’s A Wonderful Life is in the perfect location for a quick trip to the store, a leisurely dinner in town, swim in the indoor pool or a whole day at the beach. We are also fortunate to be located steps away from a covered community gazebo with a fireplace! Here you can enjoy a glass of wine or make your favorite s’mores with the kids. Directly out the back door, step right onto a trail running alongside the conservation area.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- It's A Wonderful Life has an occupancy maximum of 6 guests and is a pet free home.
- Owners may occasionally bring their dog.
- Guests are welcome to check-in at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.
- There is no smoking in It's A Wonderful Life. This includes, but is not limited to, vaping, e-cigarettes, vape pens, marijuana, and other vaping devices.
- No parties or events can be held at the home. All occupancy limits will be strictly enforced.
- The minimum rental age is 25.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
- Out of safety concerns for guests, employees and our homeowner community, as well as concerns for individual privacy, operation or use of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by the general public is prohibited.
