LIVING ROOM
As you enter this beautiful high-ceilinged apartment, you are greeted by a bright, elegantly furnished living room. Tall glass windows let the light stream in and afford lofty views of street outside. There is a chest of drawers. The room is lined with comfortable chairs and gathered around the ornate marble fireplace are two large sofas, one of which turns into a single sofa bed, and a coffee table. There is also a large flatscreen TV and music speakers. Old and new are skilfully interwoven through a mixture of antique wood furniture and colourful modern artwork.
DINING ROOM
Across from the living room is brightly lit dining room with a table and chairs to host up to six guests and decorated with a cheerful yellow-painted canvass and gilded mirror.
KITCHEN
Swerving seamlessly from the antique feel is a smart modern kitchen in charcoal tones, fitted with oven, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and nespresso machine. Completed with a chic breakfast bar and two chairs.
BATHROOM
A relaxing tiled bathroom containing a bathtub, shower overhead, sink and useful storage units.
WC
Tucked away is discreet room comprising a WC and sink and decorated with cool blue walls.
MASTER BEDROOM
A light and airy room where large windows, white walls and warm coral accents create a soothing sense of calm. There is a double bed, two little bedside tables, a lamp and ample storage space in the form of three large wall-length wardrobes. A sophisticated gilt-wood desk and chair overlooks the window, whilst opposite the bed is a beautiful Juliette balcony.
