Close to everything, but peacefully quiet. Located in the North Mill District, Wave Chaser’s Refuge is a short walk to downtown for shopping, food, and the indoor pool. It’s also a block from the Gnome Trail to the beach, and adjacent to the trail connecting to the Farm District where, opening soon, the mountain bike trails, outdoor saltwater pool, and a farm-to-table restaurant are located. Take the trail the other way and shortly arrive at the children’s playground, basketball courts and dog park. We’re located across the street from Lily Walk Park where you can enjoy one of the fire pits stocked with wood ready to use.
When it’s time to relax, enjoy the enclosed sunroom or the deck on the back of the house next to the peaceful wooded conservation area. Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Wave Chasers Refuge has an occupancy maximum of 6 guests and 2 dogs. Dog fee will be collected after confirmation.
- Guests are welcome to check-in at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.
- There is no smoking in Wave Chasers Refuge. This includes, but is not limited to, vaping, e-cigarettes, vape pens, marijuana, and other vaping devices.
- No parties or events can be held at the home. All occupancy limits will be strictly enforced.
- The minimum rental age is 25.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
- Out of safety concerns for guests, employees and our homeowner community, as well as concerns for individual privacy, operation or use of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by the general public is prohibited.
