Wade N Sea is located at the top of the Lily Walk neighborhood and is a perfect vacation getaway for your family or friends. If you’re looking for a charming and welcoming home that sleeps eight people comfortably, this is the place for you! The contemporary style beach cottage was the only answer to the family’s inescapable love of the ocean. A place for many beach memories to follow. This cottage`s location is ideal for a walk to the town center, watching kids ride bikes, play in the park across the street or enjoying beautiful forest views. Wade N Sea is also very close to the indoor pool.
As you walk through the front door, you enter the living room. A large couch and two chairs are situated around the surround sound entertainment center and 42” plasma HDTV. Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Wade N' Sea has an occupancy maximum of 8 guests and is a pet free home.
- Guests are welcome to check-in at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.
- There is no smoking in Wade N' Sea. This includes, but is not limited to, vaping, e-cigarettes, vape pens, marijuana, and other vaping devices.
- No parties or events can be held at the home. All occupancy limits will be strictly enforced.
- The minimum rental age is 25.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
- Out of safety concerns for guests, employees and our homeowner community, as well as concerns for individual privacy, operation or use of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by the general public is prohibited.
