The Deckhouse

Welcome to The Deckhouse at Property Manager! Located in the center of Property Manager, The Deckhouse is the ideal location for families and those who would like to experience the unique feel of this community. The beach is a short walk down the Elk Creek Beach Promenade or picturesque Property Manager Avenue. The Deckhouse features a large wrap around porch bordering Blackberry Street and the Elk Creek Beach Promenade. The Deckhouse also has a hot tub, outdoor shower, huge yard, fire pit, and off-street parking. Inside the house, the kitchen has stainless steel appliances, plenty of storage in the cabinets and two pantries, and all the supplies and amenities to make you feel at home. The dining room seats eight. The downstairs family room has a 42" flat screen TV and DVD unit which will play DVDs, CDs, MP3, as well as data files from USB. A compact component system will play from an Ipod, USB, or PC. The main floor hallway has a coat rack and built in bench which holds beach towels and beach toys. A high efficiency washer and dryer are located just inside the back door. The Deckhouse has a spacious main floor primary bedroom with an adjoining bathroom. Sleep soundly on a king-sized Westin Heavenly Bed mattress. Upstairs, retreat to a media room equipped with a fold-out futon, desk with computer monitor, 42" TV and DVD unit. Bring your own games or enjoy ours. Kids and adults alike will love the bunk room, with four built in bunk beds. The beds feature shelves at the end of each bunk, which hold children’s books and have room for your own items. Drawers under the bunks hold toys and games. A second bedroom upstairs is a tranquil retreat, with a queen sized Westin Heavenly Bed mattress and a view of the back yard. This home was built to share memories with our children… so we provide a pack and play, booster chair, children’s dishes and silverware, night lights, as well as books, games, and other activities for the kids.
