The Beach Pine

Welcome to The Beach Pine, a magnificent home in the South Farm District. Located next to Barn Hill Park and just down the street from Windgate Horse Barn, you can enjoy the calm of South Farm and of course miles of ocean beaches are only a short walk away via the nearby Gnome Trail. The Beach Pine is here to make your stay relaxing and memorable. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare a delicious meal or sweet treat. And, the dining room table can comfortably seat eight with room for four more at the kitchen island. The open layout of the main floor allows everyone in your party to be a part of the conversation no matter if you’re seated at the dining table, busy around the kitchen island, or hangin’ out in the living room. Just outside the dining room you step onto the spacious wraparound covered deck to bring the party outdoors. Whether you are sinking into the cushioned seating with your favorite beverage, enjoying a meal at the spacious dining table, or soaking away your cares in the hot tub, you’ll have plenty of space on the deck to plan your day or just simply relax and unwind. The bedrooms on the upper floor can accommodate seven including the primary king suite with smart TV and a full private bathroom with his and hers vanities and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the adjacent bunk room offers a twin over full bed set up. The second bedroom and bunk room share a full bathroom. A full-size stacking washer and dryer are located upstairs just outside the bedrooms. Retreat down to the lower level media room to watch a movie from a wide selection of DVDs or stream a movie of your choice. If you’re looking forward to family game night, the house is well stocked with a wide selection of board games as well as a Nintendo Wii system. If you need to find space for two more to sleep, the sofa converts to a queen bed and there is a full bathroom located just outside the door. Other amenities include: Secure single car garage and carport, high speed internet, vintage board games, a wide selection of puzzles, marshmallow roasting sticks, and kites.
