Welcome Sweet Buttercup cottage located in the Farm District next to the Windgate Barn!
This cozy cottage is beautifully decorated and furnished with everything that you need to relax, restore and make memories! You will love the cheerful yellow accents that will feel like little rays of sunshine.
Front porch features Adirondack chairs and a table so you can have a cup of coffee or tea in the morning or glass of wine in the evening under the sparkling lights.
On the back of the house, you can find two more chairs and a fire pit where you can enjoy making s’mores.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances and gadgets you need to cook up a storm on those rainy days or even bake cupcakes. Cupcake tins are in the cupboard above the stove.
Dining table seats up to 4 and in summer you can move your dining out to the outdoor table in the yard.

Sweet Buttercup is located in the beautiful Farm District, just 10 minutes from town center and the beach. While strolling around the Farm District, stop by and say hi to the horses at the horse barn. Browse the community garden, throw the frisbee at Horseshoe Park and enjoy the community fire pits. Borrow rackets for a game at the tennis and pickleball courts.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Sweet Buttercup has an occupancy maximum of 5 guests and is a pet free home.
- Guests are welcome to check-in at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.
- There is no smoking in Sweet Buttercup. This includes, but is not limited to, vaping, e-cigarettes, vape pens, marijuana, and other vaping devices.
- No parties or events can be held at the home. All occupancy limits will be strictly enforced.
- The minimum rental age is 25.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
- Out of safety concerns for guests, employees and our homeowner community, as well as concerns for individual privacy, operation or use of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by the general public is prohibited.
