Welcome to Sand By Me - a beautifully furnished, 5 bedroom home perfectly located in the South Farm District. Just steps from the Barn Hill Park, featuring a fire pit and surrounding seating area. Enjoy the views of the park and watch the horses play at the barn while sitting by the outdoor fireplace on the wraparound porch. A quick 10 minute walk through the trails in the forest, on the oyster shells, or 5 minute bike ride to the shops and restaurants or the beach, the South Farm location is perfect to enjoy all things.
Sleeps 12. Bring the whole gang as you celebrate, vacation, and enjoy the slower pace of the beach. We have brought all the conveniences and comfort of home to our beach house and hope that your family and friends enjoy it as much as we do! Relax in the evening at the community fire pit. Stroll through other neighborhoods on your way to town center and the beach.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Sand By Me has an occupancy maximum of 12 guests and is a pet free home.
- Guests are welcome to check-in at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.
- There is no smoking in Sand By Me. This includes, but is not limited to, vaping, e-cigarettes, vape pens, marijuana, and other vaping devices.
- No parties or events can be held at the home. All occupancy limits will be strictly enforced.
- The minimum rental age is 25.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Only use hot tubs between 7:30 AM and 10:00 PM.
- Out of safety concerns for guests, employees and our homeowner community, as well as concerns for individual privacy, operation or use of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by the general public is prohibited.
