There are two additional bedrooms, one with generous King bed and the other with a built-in twin over queen bunk bed perfect for a couple or up to 3 kids. Downstairs for the kids, tweens, or teens in your life is the game room setup with big screen TV, Xbox, board games and comfortable sleeper sofa. This is a super dog friendly home that includes: - Food and water bowls - Comfy foam bed - Toys and ball thrower - Heated outdoor shower wand for a quick post beach rinse It’s just a short walk (1 minute) to the barn and horse pasture. In the evenings, the fire pit is just up the hill where you can roast marshmallows under the endless stars (smores sticks can be found in the kitchen). The home also includes 2 bicycles for biking around town and has easy access to the mountain bike trails. If you have an EV, our enclosed garage has a NEMA 14-50 outlet where you can plug in your personal adapter and charge-up.
