It is the perfect place for those looking to spend peaceful days in the midst of nature with their family or friends.
- We offer bed linen, bath towels, pool towels and blankets.
- It is necessary to climb a flight of stairs, therefore, we do not recommend it for the elderly or people with reduced mobility.
- The balcony and pool deck have benches without guardrails, special attention is required with young children.

The Neighborhood
Praia da Armação is a very beautiful beach and great for going with children. It has swings in the trees, a chapel and a playground. In addition to being just a few meters from the Vila Salga event space, next to the most charming chapel on the island, the Capela Nossa Senhora Imaculada Conceição.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- - After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their document in hand to sign the season rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport).
- - Forbidden noise and sound box after 22h. Failure to comply will incur a fine. The value may vary from according to condominium rules.
- - Visitors are not allowed.
- - Forbidden parties, events and bachelor parties.
- - We offer bed linen, bath towels, pool towels and blankets.
- - We do not allow pets.
- - A security deposit of BRL 2,000.00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen circumstances. If there are none, there will be no extra charges.
