This well-restored farmhouse set in the Chianti hills overlooking the Arno Valley has much to offer a large group of family or friends. The flexible living space, sleeping eight in four bedrooms, means there’s enough room for teens or adults seeking a little more privacy. It’s a roomy and well-appointed villa yet still comfortable, helped by the warm rustic Tuscan features from brickwork arches to exposed stone walls, characterful beams and terracotta tiles.
But the grounds are the gift that keep on giving, with so much outdoor space packed with trees, shrubs and brightly coloured potted plants. A generous tiled terrace overlooking the grounds to the olive grove and the valley beneath is furnished with sun beds, a sofa and two armchairs. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
