This is a newly built villa located in the heart of Ubud, surrounded by luxurious greenery. It sits at the the very end of the area and arching over a lush ravine with a small river running through it. Enhancing nature’s beauty is a well-manicured garden and an infinity pool overlooking a lush forest. The space Its semi open-plan of living, dining & kitchen spaces let the tropical breeze and natural light flood into the living space. With the high ceiling, the villa is always bright and cool. An artfully decorated living area is filled with comfortable furniture, art, and decoratives. A fully equipped open concept kitchen with custom-made table and a gorgeous dining table set made of suar wood completes the living spaces. The villa is tastefully decorated: the furniture is uniquely designed and crafted by local artisans which makes this villa unique with its own modern tropical charm. Nestled in the villa is an infinity pool build to the highest aesthetic standard to completely take in the view of the tropical forest. Adding to the comfort of the villa, there is a patio above the pool which is equipped with a place to sit and relax, and don’t forget the big swing by the pool (which inspired the name of this villa itself) is also very comfortable for guests to spend the day lying down enjoying the view of the pool and the lush forest in front of it. Wake up to the gentle sway of leaves and freshness of nature’s breath. The bedrooms are designed with a full view of the infinity pool or the lush tropical forest beyond. All bedrooms are air-conditioned with en-suite bathroom and equipped with a satellite flat-screen TV. Guests can choose the bedding set either as a double bed or 2 single beds (a pair of twin beds). (Please make note that your Netflix and Youtube accounts will be used to login, please ensure that you are to log out before you check out of the villa, this is to ensure that your account will not be used by anybody else in the future) At your service: The villa is fully staffed with villa attendance, gardener, pool caretaker and an onsite manager, available to take care of you. The staffs do not live on the property, but are available when needed. Cars can park in a row in the alley, but when you go out you have to move back about 15 meters because you cannot turn around in the parking area VILLA WITH JUNGLE VIEW In the middle of the night you might hear weird noises which come from the insects and geckos who inhabit the jungle long before we began the villa construction. Other things to note **During Covid-19 we take extra care to disinfect all our surfaces. All towels and bedlinens are washed on high temperature. Our staffs wear masks and hand sanitizer is available. We commit to vigorously following the Guidelines regarding the cleaning protocol**. === FAQs - Q: What time is the Check-in policy? -A: We have dedicated staff to help with the check in process. Our standard check-in time is at 3:00 pm. However, you are most welcome to drop your luggage after 11:00 am while we are getting your villa ready. As our staff does not stand by the villa all the time, there will be an additional late-check in fee applied at IDR 200k after 8:00 PM as compensation for the staff overtime. - Q: What time is the Check-out policy? - A: Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day’s Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so. - Q: Could I have a butler or a personal Chef to cook, so I can dine in the villa? - A: Should you wish to dine in the villa, every villa comes with a personal butler catering to your needs. He or she can help you cook simple meals, be it non-complimentary breakfast at total grocery cost + 50,000IDR per guest per meal as cover charge. Simply let your personal butler know a day in advance. He or she will help you purchase the freshest ingredients in the market and delight you with simple cooking. Should you wish to have a professional Chef or a professional catering, we have a trusted partner with high hospitality standards at your service, at an additional cost. Simply inquire with your butler a day before. We will be happy to help you arrange this service. Otherwise, our villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Please refer to the kitchen amenities list to see what equipment is provided. We believe our kitchen will inspire the chef within you. - Q : Do you offer a floating breakfast? - A : We can arrange a floating breakfast at an additional cost of €25/ tray. Breakfast on each tray could be shared between four guests . You could place the order to onsite staff, by latest in the morning the day before. However, to make sure of the availability, please contact us immediately after your booking should you need this extra arrangement. - Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day? - A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest’s privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time. - Q : Can we have extra clean towels? - A : You can get an extra towel as long as we have it available. - Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa? Can I have extra beds? - A : This villa is for 10 people, but the maximum capacity is for 12 people which means that the 11th and 12th person are counted as extra guests. The extra guest fee would be €20/night/person. We can provide two extra mattresses on the floor should you have more than 10 people.
