Welcome to Bay Tree D15/16, a spacious and private two story condo tucked at the end of Building D overlooking the ship channel where the dolphins can be seen playing daily. There are big views of the water from both decks where ships seen passing through often.
One covered parking space is located directly beneath the unit, with an additional space just across from it. Boat parking is available in front of the building, and a private boat slip with electricity and water may be rented for $45 per day — perfect for fishing or coastal cruising.
Please note: This is a two-story condo with an interior spiral staircase and an additional exterior staircase leading upstairs. There is no elevator access. "The community pool is closed for renovations and will re-open at the end of April"

The main living area is comfortable and welcoming, with a well-equipped kitchen featuring:
- An island with seating for three

- Step outside to the main deck just off the living room, where you’ll find:

- Upstairs, you’ll enjoy access to a large sun deck with two chaise lounges, four additional chairs, and sweeping coastal views.
