Welcome to the coziest cottage in Columbus! Here at our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home, you’ll find all the comforts of home all while being centrally located! You’re only 15 mins from downtown Columbus and minutes from I-185 which will take you right to Fort Benning! This home can sleep up to 6 people so it’s perfect for two couples or a family! We are excited to host you!
The Space:
When you walk into our cottage, you will see the open- concept living room with a sleeper sofa, comfy chairs and a large SmartTV. It’s the perfect place to relax after a long day or spend time together playing games! You will see the dining room and kitchen just off the living room. Our kitchenette features a stove, microwave and full-size fridge!
There are two bedrooms in our home. The first bedroom has a queen bed and there is a double bed and twin in the second bedroom. There is also a shared bathroom with a tub.
Guest Access:
The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon check-in. Guests will have full and private access to the home. Outdoor spaces and parking is shared with guests of other units.
Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
The Neighborhood:
This is a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood.
Getting Around:
There is no public transportation in the neighborhood, so you will need to drive or plan to take cab/Uber.
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
House Rules:
1. NO SMOKING – If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $300 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $300 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation will be turned over to the appropriate authorities.
2. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. We require a $50 non-refundable pet fee for each pet. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, an additional cleaning fee will be assessed. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional pet damage.
3. NO PARTIES. NO EVENTS. This home is located in a residential area. To be courteous to our neighbors, we ask that you respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 7AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation.
4. We send our laundry to a professional laundry service. Due to the volume of linen laundered each day, we cannot guarantee that sheets or towels will not have a small permanent stain, but we can promise that they have been cleaned and sanitized.
If an issue arises and guests request a refund, we will require guests to agree to a simple release before issuing a refund.
