Discover the beauty of local waterfalls, such as Seneca Mill Falls and Cascade Mill Falls, only a five-mile drive away. Other hiking trails include the Keuka Lake Outlet Trail (7 miles away) and Watkins Glen State Park (25 miles away). Close proximity to both Geneva, NY, and Penn Yan, NY wedding venues, and additional restaurant options!
Upon entry, you’ll be met with a bright, floor-to-ceiling wooden interior, and a warm feeling of welcome throughout. The house is filled with brand-new, high-end furnishings and a gas-burning cast iron stove where you can relax, entertain, and make yourself at home. Prepare grand meals in the well-equipped kitchen or grill on the deck, then relax with your favorite beverage while enjoying the provided outdoor games in the huge private backyard. And, you can get competitive on the arcade game in the garage. If one requires a ‘working vacation’, two dedicated spaces with high-speed internet, desks, chairs, and a fantastic ‘background’ are available for remote work. Book lovers will enjoy the addition of the charming reading nook.
This home features three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms with new shelving. The third bedroom is a large king suite-sized loft, complete with a sleeper sofa, king bed, and large flat screen, making for a comfy atmosphere to binge-watch your favorite shows.
