While here you will enjoy all the amenities of home while being only a short walk from the Pacific Ocean. At Flotsam house you can do as much or as little as you want. Share fun times with friends and family as you sit at the beautiful handcrafted cedar picnic table or soak in the private hot tub. Pick a date where there is clam dig going on and make yourself some of the best chowder or clam strips you’ve ever had. Fly a kite at the beach, go for a bike ride, or just snuggle into the couch and watch TV for a cozy stay.

Flotsam House is in the established Mill District. Visit the awe-inspiring Old Stump, the head down the Gnome Trail to the beach. South Alder Park features a community fire pit and bocce ball. The Mill District is just a 5 minute walk to town center.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Flotsam House has an occupancy maximum of 6 guests and is a pet free home.
- Guests are welcome to check-in at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.
- There is no smoking in Flotsam House. This includes, but is not limited to, vaping, e-cigarettes, vape pens, marijuana, and other vaping devices.
- No parties or events can be held at the home. All occupancy limits will be strictly enforced.
- The minimum rental age is 25.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Only use hot tubs between 7:30 AM and 10:00 PM.
- Out of safety concerns for guests, employees and our homeowner community, as well as concerns for individual privacy, operation or use of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by the general public is prohibited.
