Welcome to Captain Morgan’s, a charming beach-inspired cottage in North Alder Park neighborhood. With 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, Captain Morgan’s is the perfect size for individuals, families or small groups. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed, the other bedroom has two twin beds and the living room has a sofa sleeper. With an open floor plan, the dining has a large wooden table, perfect for family dinners, or games and coloring for the kids. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, utensils, dishes, silverware and glassware- all you need to bring is the food! The Pacific Ocean is a 5-10 minute walk away either via the Elk Creek Beach Promenade or from the main entrance. The house is also stocked with its own outdoor grill, games, books, beach toys, balls, large flat screen TV with cable and DVD players. Out the front door is a porch where you can sit and enjoy the sunrise and sunset, and a grassy lawn with picnic table for outdoor meals and games. In the evening the community fireplace is the perfect place to relax and roast s’mores after a day at the beach. Located near the children’s park and two short side paths away from the new South Crescent pool and hot tub, Captain Morgan’s is the perfect cottage for your next beach vacation!
