Welcome to Blue Heaven beach house!
This oceanside home in the Northwest Glen neighborhood is one of the best locations, just a few steps from the beach path and a short stroll to the market, restaurants, wine bar, bakery, indoor pool, and more. Blue Heaven was designed to be a happy beach escape with a fun, modern style and quality, comfortable furnishings.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms that sleep up to eight. The large primary bedroom is beautifully appointed with a king bed, flat screen TV, large ensuite with double vanity and shower, and access to a spacious, southern-facing second story deck looking towards Seabrook’s grassy amphitheater and town center. The second bedroom has a queen bed with flat screen TV and the third bedroom sleeps four with double bunk beds and books and toys for kids. Both rooms share a full bath with tub and shower combo.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Blue Heaven has an occupancy maximum of 8 guests and is a pet free home.
- Guests are welcome to check-in at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.
- There is no smoking in Blue Heaven. This includes, but is not limited to, vaping, e-cigarettes, vape pens, marijuana, and other vaping devices.
- No parties or events can be held at the home. All occupancy limits will be strictly enforced.
- The minimum rental age is 25.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Only use hot tubs between 7:30 AM and 10:00 PM.
- Out of safety concerns for guests, employees and our homeowner community, as well as concerns for individual privacy, operation or use of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by the general public is prohibited.
