Inside, you’ll be welcomed home from your adventures by a spacious and heated mud room and laundry area, where you can leave your gear. The main living area is open and inviting, offering wood floors, new furnishings, lofty ceilings, and a wood-burning fireplace to take off the winter chill. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an island breakfast bar, a formal dining room, and an office with a desk, a printer, and high-speed WiFi. One of the bedrooms is a primary suite on the ground floor, featuring its own outdoor deck and an en suite bathroom with a sunken jacuzzi tub. The other two bedrooms are upstairs. As part of the Quechee Lakes Landowners Association, this property enjoys access (with an additional modest fee) to two championship golf courses (Highland and Lakeland), indoor and outdoor pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a gym, a ski hill and groomed Nordic trails in winter, and several on-site dining options. In the surrounding area, you’ll be close to the quaint village of Woodstock (nine miles), Hanover and Dartmouth College (13 miles), and the slopes of Killington Ski Area (30 miles).
