You’ll be in awe of the space and light that await at this three-story home in Galveston, beautifully situated only two rows back from the beach.
Perched like a beacon on a grassy piece of property, this home enjoys a peek-a-boo view of the Gulf of Mexico just over a block away. You’ll be five miles up the coast from Galveston Island State Park and five miles down the coast from Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn Waterpark. The heart of Galveston and the Strand Historic District are just over eight miles east.
One of the wonderful features of this property is its generous outdoor space, with two levels of covered decks on both the front and rear of the house. You’ll have plenty of room for sipping morning coffee, marveling at the sunset, and basking in the cool gulf breeze.
Ascend a flight of stairs and find the main living area on the home’s second floor. It’s an open, light-filled space lined with windows, bringing together the living room, the kitchen, and the dining room. The kitchen is streamlined and elegant, offering stainless steel appliances (including a French-door refrigerator, a gas range, and a dishwasher), beautiful elements of stone, and a large prep island.
After dinner each evening, cozy up on the sectional to stream movies in the warmth of the gas fireplace. When it’s time to turn in, you’ll have five bedrooms to choose from, four of which have en suite bathrooms. The primary suite is on the top floor, offering a smart TV, a spa-like bathroom, and access to its own deck. There are two more bedroom suites (with deck access) and a fantastic blue room with built-in bunks upstairs, and one more bedroom suite on the main floor.
A private laundry room, central air conditioning, and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.
