Sunrise Cottage
Come relax and enjoy the lake at this beautiful home. This delightful getaway was completely renovated in 2020 and has exquisite views of Lake Winnipesaukee and access to the property’s private waterfront and sandy beach area.
This cottage features an open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen with a great screened porch overlooking the lake and mountains beyond. Enjoy boating, swimming, fishing, hiking, and lots more. The kitchen is fully equipped with a four-burner gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, and prep island.
Summer with friends or family on the lake is where memories are created. The wide dock and sandy beach make a wonderful place to do an early morning yoga routine as the sun rises or a relaxing place to swim, float, or soak up the sun. In the evening you can enjoy grilling and watching the sunset. The screened porch is the perfect place to play games, read a book, or simply look out on the water.
The fall foliage is a must-see in the Lakes Region. One can enjoy the fall colors from the comfort of the cottage. Fall is also an opportunity to rest, relax and read a good book as you sit on the couch enjoying the magnificent views of Lake Winnipesaukee.
There are two separate buildings on the property that can be rented. Besides this lovely Sunrise Cottage, there is a larger home that sleeps 10, Sunrise Bay, and together can be rented as the combined Sunrise Estate, sleeping 14 total.

All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
With the beautiful views there are 5 flights of steps (78 steps in total) to get down to the private dock and beach area that our two buildings share. To make the trek easier, the slanted railings have a hard plastic cover for easy gripping and there is a bench half way down to rest if needed. Please be aware of this for any guests who may have limited mobility as they may not be comfortable accessing the private dock.
In the event there are separate parties renting either property, the private dock area and shed for trash disposal are shared areas.
Partial AC - window units are provided in all bedrooms.
This property is managed by Property Manager New Hampshire LLC.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
