Villa Anamari is a modern holiday property, located in a quiet, rural area behind Agios Stefanos busy strip, with a private heated pool (8 X 5 m), (can be heated on request during the cold months), large sunny terraces, private parking space and exceptional views of the surrounding countryside.
The villa is set on two levels and it is really spacious for a family or party of 6 persons, who can enjoy their stay in three air-conditioned bedrooms.
Layout
The main door on the ground floor opens into an open plan lounge, dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. French Doors lead to the front of the house and to a lovely terrace close to the private swimming pool.
A double bedroom with a private balcony and a family shower cover the rest of the ground floor.
The interior staircase lands on the upper level, which consists of two twin bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, and share in between them a long terrace, with views of the surrounding countryside and hills.
Pool and Terraces
The private pool (8 X 5 m), which can be heated on request during the cold months, remains sunny for most of the day and it is located at the front of the villa. It is surrounded by spacious terraces, fitted with sun umbrellas and sunbeds. The pool is accessed via Roman steps and/or a ladder.
A built BBQ is set in the courtyard next to the villa, with adjacent Gazebo and dining furniture for anyone who would wish to cook and dine, enjoying the tranquillity and simplicity of the surrounding virgin local countryside.
The Location
The location of Villa Anamari is ideal for anyone seeking short strolls through the pristine Corfu countryside or even to the centre of Agios Stefanos, which remains cosmopolitan, idyllic and always popular. It is only 2.4 km from the beach of Kerasia, 3.8 km from the beach of Avlaki, 6.0 km from the busy Kassiopi and just 700 metres from the coastal zone of Agios Stefanos.
