ABOUT ROYAL PALMS RETREAT: Royal Palms Retreat is a home designed with a great vacation in mind! The house is located in Laguna Beach, between Rosemary Beach and Panama City Beach, directly across the street from a ’reserved beach’ where no development is allowed. Laguna Beach is a small laid-back community away from the congestion of PCB or 30A.The house is a great family gathering place with a bright, open floor plan connecting the kitchen, living room, and dining area. Enjoy outdoor gathering spots including a front porch & a lovely back patio area with a charcoal grill on the 1st floor along with a large 2nd floor balcony. The house is pet-friendly as well. With 2,000+ square feet, there is plenty of space for everyone to be together, have time apart & make great beach vacation memories. Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House rules
- Please do not take dishes, glasses, flatware, or property towels/linens to the beach.
- Please rinse & return any beach carts/toys to the property before you leave.
- If your party damages any beach equipment please replace it. Must be 25 and over.
- Please empty all trash before you leave.
- No Smoking.
- Guest must agree to sign the Property Management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
