<p>Villa Tran is a delightful three bedroom villa close to the busy resort of Calpe. Designed over two levels and each floor having its own independent entrance. The ground floor consists of a well equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, a separate dining area with access to the pool area, a bedroom with bunk beds, a twin bedroom and a shower. The first level is accessed through its own external entrance and offers a double bedroom, living area and shower room ensuite. And balcony. All bedrooms offer air conditioning for your comfort and Wi-Fi is readily available. Outside is your private kidney shaped swimming pool surrounded my lush palm trees and mature shrubs. A portable BBQ is available for those wanting to dine alfresco and for those wanting to explore further, the busy resort of Calpe with its sandy beaches is just a short drive away.</p>

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
