Acacia Villa Two

This home accepts credit card payment only. “Cash & Points Payment” or “Points Payment” is not applicable. A cluster of villas built in a serene space amidst coffee plantations and rainforests, the Acacia Villas make for an ideal getaway spot. Out of the four available villas, each is a 3 BHK, and guests can book one or more as per their group size. The interiors are luxurious and there is enough to do outdoors too. The lawn is huge - an event for about 100 people can be hosted here, with prior notice. Else, your group can use the entire space to just stroll, play outdoor games, and enjoy your time amidst greenery. The swimming pool, gym and games room are all available to you, and should you wish to explore, many tourist attractions are also easily accessible from here. The Space Let us walk you through the villa. Bedrooms - There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have attached bathrooms and balconies. - All bedrooms have a double bed. Extra mattresses can be provided on request. - Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms. Bathrooms - There are 2 private bathrooms and 1 common bathroom. - The bathrooms are modern with geysers for hot water supply. - Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided. Living Room - There is a shared living room with seating arrangements for 8-10 people. - The living room has a flat-screen TV. Kitchen & Meals - There is an induction stove with a basic pan and pot available, which can be used at no additional charges. A four-burner stove can also be arranged at an additional cost of Rs.2000.  - The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove and a water purifier. - Guests can order vegetarian or non-vegetarian meal options à la carte. - Crockery is available for 6 people. Common Areas - There is a shared living room with seating arrangements for 8-10 people. - The living room has a flat-screen TV. - There is a shared pool, along with a children’s pool and a huge lawn. - The pool has a depth of 4ft at the shallow end, and 6ft at the deep end. Guests are advised to be very cautious, especially with children. - Guests have access to the pool from 7 AM to 7 PM.  - It is mandatory for all guests to be fully vaccinated if they wish to use the pool.  - Guests have access to the well equipped, shared gym. Additional Amenities - A TV and a torch are available. - A bonfire is available. - Guests may use the wardrobes. - Mosquito repellent can be provided. - Power backup is available at the villa. - Indoor games like billiards, chess, table tennis, foosball, carrom etc. are available in the clubhouse. - Secured parking space for 2 cars is available. - We can provide driver accommodation at no additional charges, excluding meals. Additional Costs - Barbeque can be arranged on prior notice. However, it is only available at the clubhouse for a minimum of 6 people. - Events can be organized with prior notice. - A compulsory supplemental charge of Rs.2500+ taxes per person will be levied for New Year’s Eve, which includes a gala dinner along with barbeque and music. Home Truths While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - The villa is a part of a gated community. - Please note, the swimming pool is shared, and not private to the villa. - The pool has a depth of 4ft at the shallow end, and 6ft at the deep end. Guests are advised to be very cautious, especially with children. - Owing to the location of the villa, there may be power outages, however, power back up is available. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Airtel and BSNL work fairly well here. - Sleeping arrangements for 2 additional people can be made. - All-male groups are not allowed.  Guest Access Guests have access to the entire villa and all its indoor and outdoor spaces. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities and the swimming pool. Guest Interaction The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretakers are present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. Neighbourhood - This villa is located in a gated community in the middle of the coffee plantation. - Nearby eateries include Coffee Blossom, The Falls of the Tamara, etc. - The local market is at a distance of 2 km. Getting Around & Transportation - Distance from Kannur Airport- Approx. 100 km. - Distance from Mysore Bus Stand- Approx. 100 km. - Distance from Mysore Railway Station- Approx. 100 km. Apart from these convenient routes, the guests can also drive down to the villa as this property has ample amount of parking space. House Rules - It is mandatory for all guests to be fully vaccinated if they wish to use the pool.  - Guests have access to the pool from 7 AM to 7 PM.  - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - Alcohol consumption is allowed inside the villa only. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. - Hookah is strictly not allowed. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. Policies - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
