This ground floor 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo is the perfect stay for you and the family or just with friends! You are centrally located in Wesley Chapel in a mature resort community. The kitchen has all the necessities you need to create a quick breakfast or a relaxing dinner for four! Seating at the bar for two makes this an easy serving space. The dining table has seating for up to four people and a comfortable sofa awaits you in the living room that is perfect when you just want to relax and watch your favorite TV show or movie on the new 50" Roku Smart TV & cable! The bedroom has two queen size beds and a walk-in closet for storage and also a 50" Roku Smart TV. There is also an entrance to the patio from both the bedroom and living area as well through sliding patio doors. Being in this community is like finding a little piece of paradise amongst the Cypress trees, the golf course, tennis courts and lots of nature to see. Take a stroll through the community and play a game of I spy... but be careful as we have our local resident alligators in most ponds. This community offers tennis and pickleball courts plus 27 scenic holes that can be played in any variation to complete an 18-hole round! Get away from it all here! But know you are only a short drive to Wiregrass or The Grove where you can find many different restaurant options as well as take care of any retail therapy needed. If it’s real retail therapy you’re needing, just 10-15 minute drive to Tampa Premium Outlets where you can have loads of shopping fun and also stop for dinner at one of the many restaurants in the area like Carrabba’s, Chuy’s, Zukku San or relax and grab a flight of brews at Florida Atlantic Brewing Co or wine tasting at Cooper’s Hawk.
