Whether you’re looking for time away for that much-needed vacation, a transition from your home or visiting the Tampa area, you will feel at home and be all set for your RETREAT in our lovely ground floor condo. You will enjoy the ease of ground floor accessibility to parking area and only a couple of steps. The private patio is where you will be able to watch all the wildlife each morning & evening! Upon entry, the condo has beautiful tile flooring throughout the kitchen and living areas! The kitchen is fully equipped for the novice chef as well as the experienced cook! The master bedroom has a wonderful king size bed & a cozy sitting area & en suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has an en suite bathroom and queen size bed and sitting area with a 37" TV with Roku. Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
