A magnificent house in the hills, surrounded by pine and deodar trees, Ekam Villa resonates peaceful luxury. The organic, farm fresh, gourmet food here will give you a unique culinary experience. Walk around the fruit plantation, vegetable and herb garden, feed the cows, enjoy picturesque sunsets from your room, meditate in a man-made cave, relish the tasteful, luxurious interiors, and bask in the lap of nature while being pampered with pure peace. For a comfortable and secure stay, please take the time to read the Home Truths, House Rules and Policies thoroughly.  Space: Let me walk you through the villa: BEDROOMS:  - There are 4 bedrooms, of which 1 is an attic room - 3 rooms on the first floor and 1 attic room on the second floor. - 2 bedrooms and the attic room have heaters whereas 1 bedroom has a fireplace. - Attached bathrooms are offered in all the rooms whereas balconies are offered in 3 of the rooms. - All bedrooms have a king size bed. Three bedrooms have sofa cum beds/ double bed as extra bedding. BATHROOMS:  - There are 5 bathrooms - 4 attached and 1 common.  - Geysers, towels and toiletries are provided in all the bathrooms.  COMMON AREAS:  - The living room seats up to 15 people.  - It offers a TV, music system and a bluetooth speaker.  - A PS3, board games, chess and carrom board and a well-stocked library are also available. - There is a lawn with vegetation plantation and a fruit orchid.  - Events can be organised at an additional cost, on prior notice.  KITCHEN:  - There are 2 kitchens in the villa.  - The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove and a water purifier.  - Crockery and cutlery are available for up to 25 people.  - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. MEALS - A complimentary breakfast is offered.  - Vegetarian lunch and dinner are priced at Rs.600 per person, per meal. - Snacks, beverages and desserts are served as per the menu.  - Ingredients are procured from the organic plantation in the villa premises.  COMMON AMENITIES:  - Torch, iron, wardrobes - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Secured parking space for up to 5 cars  OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:  - Guests are advised not to step out after dark, as it may not be safe, given the location of the villa in a relatively secluded area. - There are a few cows in a barn on the property.  - However not frequent, a friendly stray dog can sometimes be seen visiting the property.  - This is a pet-friendly property. However, there will be an additional charge of Rs.750 for smaller pets and Rs.1000 for larger pets, per day. - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost.  - Laundry services can be availed at an additional cost.  - In case of a power outage, power back-up is not available as the villa promotes eco-tourism.  GUEST ACCESS The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to shared amenities. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.  STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for 2 male staffs at an additional charge of Rs.1000 per person, per day, including meals. HOUSE RULES: - Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM.  - Smoking is only allowed outdoors.  - Cooking non-vegetarian meals is not allowed in the villa. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
