Tucked away in 2 acres of tranquillity, this serene retreat is just an hour away from the main city; yet the only thing that will keep you company would be the harmonious sounds of the local wildlife and the twinkling of the stars at night. Mansa is a true paradise for birding enthusiasts and photographers. Spend your mornings in the fresh air as you take a stroll by the rhythmic whirring of the waterfall at this one-of-a-kind stay. The Space: BEDROOMS - Decked with a multitude of lavish amenities, this home offers 2 bedrooms - both on the ground floor. - Each of the bedrooms offers a  queen-size bed, AC, heater, Wi-Fi access, wardrobe and an electric kettle. - The bedrooms are also equipped with a deck each that offers a scenic view of the verdant horizon. - Each bedroom is equipped with an ensuite bathroom. BATHROOMS - There are 2 ensuite bathrooms at the property along with 1 common washroom in the lawn - Each attached bathroom offers geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - As you walk through the aesthetic wooden facade, you will step foot into a contemporary living room with plush yet homely interiors. - Taking inspiration from its surroundings, this farm-house inspired home is brimming with wooden furnishings. - The living room offers comfortable seating space for 7 people and is equipped with a myriad of amenities such as a 65 inch TV, portable music system, AC, heater and Wi-Fi access. - One of the finest highlights of this abode is the machan that offers a soothing view of the ending farmlands surrounding the property. - Guests can sit & relax or dine under the sunset hues while enjoying the panoramic view. - The property is also equipped with 2 huge lawns along with a vegetable farm and an enchanting olive grove. - Guests can take a peaceful walk, meditate or enjoy a fun picnic here, with their loved ones. KITCHEN - There are two kitchens at the property and guests have access to both of them. - Guests can prepare their own meals at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per day. Groceries will be charged as per actuals.  - Both kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, water purifier, crockery and cutlery. - The pantry is equipped with a microwave and electric kettle, whereas the open kitchen offers a wood-fired oven, toaster and mixer, grinder. FOOD - All meals can be provided on request, at an additional cost. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. GUEST ACCESS The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS The host will not be present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. However, a trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker resides on the premises of the property. The caretaker will be available till 10 PM.  STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for your personal staff at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per person in the staff quarters. Breakfast is included in this price. All other meals can be opted at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per person. ACTIVITIES Merely an hour’s drive from Delhi NCR, nestled away from the bustling city life, Mansa offers you a wholesome farm experience. Guests can start their day with a relaxing cup of tea by the outdoor deck area in the company of chirping birds, peacock callings and fresh morning breeze. The aura is so relaxing, you would just want to snuggle on the comfortable sofa in the living room, dine on the quaint machan while watching a peaceful sunset or set up a barbeque & bonfire session by the lawn. The outdoors of this tranquil property are perfect for a hearty al fresco meal, with an astounding view. If you’re looking for some relaxation, pamper yourself at the luxurious open-to-sky jacuzzi! ADD-ON SERVICES - Meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost - There is a private brook at the property with a peaceful artificial waterfall. - A barbecue kit can be made available at an additional cost of Rs. 1500. - A bonfire set can be arranged at an additional charge of Rs. 1500. - With a lush vegetable garden at the property, guests can indulge in a scrumptious farm-to-table dining experience. - The machan in the lawn can be accessed at no additional cost. - Wood-fired pizzas can be cooked as per availability. - The luxe open-to-sky jacuzzi can be used at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 for a duration of 1 hour. - Picturesque morning treks can also be arranged, on request. - Guests can enjoy a nature-filled tenting experience available at the property during the winter months at an additional cost. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - All-male groups are not allowed. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances except the geysers and ACs for up to 4 hours. - All mobile networks work fairly well here. Although, we recommend you to be on a digital detox here & enjoy nature to the hilt! - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.  - The stay is a part of gated society. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property, in the staff quarters.  - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.  - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.  We look forward to hosting you soon.
