Popularly known as The Farmcation amongst locals, this luxe abode is synonymous with dense verdure, breathtaking scenery and sprawling open spaces. The enviable location, amidst the farms and orchards, is a green oasis of spacious outdoors and leisure experiences. The impeccable interiors boast comfortable, curated furnishings and embellishments. Try your hand at darts and archery or a croquet game, enjoy playing indoor games and make the most of the cosy nooks scattered around the home.  The lawn itself features a handful of sit-out spots, ideal for an afternoon spent reading, uninterrupted, whilst the gurgling water fountain acts as the perfect backdrop. Reserve the evenings for a relaxing soak in the swimming pool, amidst the sunset. To that effect, we provide: - Generator, AC, heater, Wi-Fi - Wardrobe, hangers - Iron, torch, washing machine  - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Barbecue kit, bonfire - Secured parking space for up to 8 cars This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. Pets are welcome.  The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 3 well-furnished bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor.  - All bedrooms feature an array of lavish amenities including a king-sized bed, AC, Wi-Fi access, heater, and ensuite bathrooms. - Extra mattresses can be provided on request.  - All bedrooms overlook the verdant lawns.  BATHROOMS - There are 3 attached bathrooms and 1 common pool shower and 1 powder room in the bamboo hut.  - All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. - A separate dressing area is offered in all the attached bathrooms.  COMMON AREAS - The home opens up to an expansive living room on the ground floor, that offers comfortable seating arrangements for up to 8 people. - It is equipped with a plethora of amenities including a TV, AC, heater and Wi-Fi access.  - The air-conditioned dining area is a part of the living room on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 11 people.  - The exteriors of the home feature endless greenery and 2 acres of beautifully manicured lawns.  - The gardens feature a pergola and a bamboo hut, replete with outdoor furnishings along with a swing.  - Admire the water fountain that leads up to the artificial stream running throughout the property. - Guests can unwind and lounge on the gazebo, which boasts ample seating space.  - The home also boasts a private terrace that overlooks blissful landscapes, with seating arrangements.  - There is an elevated private swimming pool, from where the terrace can also be accessed.  - The pool is 15x28 ft. in size and 5.5 ft. in depth.  - Guests can lounge on the patio by the pool, which is furnished with snug seating arrangements.  KITCHEN - Guests may access the kitchen for reheating purposes and to make simple food for infants. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and a mixer-grinder.  - Crockery and cutlery are also available. FOOD - Breakfast is complimentary. All other meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost.  - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. GUEST ACCESS There are 2 villas on the premises, however, guests have access to one entire villa and the common areas. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.  STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for 1 male staff member at an additional cost. The staff member will be accommodated nearby the property.  ACTIVITIES Synonymous with all things relaxing and blissful, this holiday home is nestled in the lap of nature. Within the property, guests can wake up to the sweet bird songs that act as the perfect background score. Start their mornings with a leisurely stroll or enjoy a Tractor Trolley Joy Ride by the lawn amidst lush greenery. Gather your loved ones and play indoor games such as croquet, archery and darts. Snuggle with a book to read in the pergola. Enjoy a refreshing splash in the private swimming pool or enjoy a tractor trolley joy ride. Head over to the terrace and devour the clear skies and endless foliage. Relish a lavish barbecue spread around the bonfire and take home a bag of memories. ADD-ON SERVICES - Barbecue kit is available at an additional cost, on an a la carte basis.  - Washing machine can be used at an additional cost of Rs. 300 per load. - The fireplace can be used at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 for a duration of one hour.  - Guests can enjoy a tractor trolley joy ride at an additional cost. - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 for a duration of one hour.  - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - There are 2 villas on the premises of the property, however, guests have access to 1 entire villa and the common areas.  - All-male groups are not allowed. - This is a pet-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 8 hours.  - All mobile networks work fairly well here. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There is a CCTV camera that captures the external areas of the property for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - This is a standalone property. NEIGHBOURHOOD Chandigarh, a planned and well-designed scenic city, is the common capital of the states of Punjab and Haryana. It is most popularly known for its excellent infrastructure, French-style architecture & picturesque routes. HOUSE RULES - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas only. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.  - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.  - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. - Pets are not allowed near the pool.  - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.  - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.  - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.  We look forward to hosting you soon.
