This mountain chalet, with its wooden interiors and quirky décor, gives one of the greatest views of the gorgeous green valley below. So, whether it’s catching a peek of the vibrant colours of the skies as the sun sets or waking up to the brilliant morning rays, this gorgeous valley-view house provides tailored experiences for all.  Stroll around the enormous stretch of the lawn or simply enjoy the gastronomic delicacies of the north. Pets are welcome at an additional charge. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 5 spacious, well-furnished rooms - 1 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor, and 2 on the second floor. - All rooms adorned with classic decor have a variety of amenities such as king-sized beds, Wi-Fi access, a wardrobe, a heater, an extra mattress, and a scenic backdrop of the valley. - The room on the ground floor opens up to the terrace. - All rooms are equipped with an ensuite bathroom. BATHROOMS - There are 5 attached bathrooms and 1 powder room. - All bathrooms are equipped with geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - There are 3 living rooms - 1 on the ground, first and second floor each. - Embellished with eclectic wooden decor, these living rooms offer a lounge-type seating area that can easily accommodate up to 2, 6, and 5 people each respectively. - All living rooms offer a heater and Wi-Fi access. - The living room on the first floor has a TV. Both living rooms on the first and second floor have a fireplace each. - There is a separate dining area on the ground floor of this property which can accommodate up to 8 people at a time. - It is not equipped with an AC or TV. - There are two balconies on the first floor that offer mesmerizing views of the town and valley below. - Grab a steaming cuppa and watch the misty sunrises and vibrant sunsets from these balconies while sipping on a steaming cup of tea. - This charming villa also features a terrace on the ground floor of this property with ample seating arrangements. - This terrace can seat up to 4 people comfortably. - The exteriors of this property have a lush green, well-maintained lawn that covers an area of about 3000 sq.ft. - It also features a quaint gazebo and can accommodate up to 7 people. KITCHEN  - Guests do not have access to the kitchen premises. - It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery. FOOD - All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please note that outside food is not allowed at the property. GUEST ACCESS The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.  STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for up to 3 drivers at an additional cost of Rs. 1000  per person. Meals will additionally be provided to them at an extra cost of Rs. 500.  ACTIVITIES Nestled in the midst of greenery, lies this quaint property which features a multitude of activities to indulge in. These carefully designed experiences ensure that you and your tribe have a pleasant and unforgettable stay with us. Within the premises of the property, guests can enjoy some quality family time while playing some indoor games such as table tennis, foosball, chess, housie or ludo. Stroll along the expanse of the green lawn or let your inner child out to play an array of outdoor fun games. Find a peaceful nook on the terrace or the gazebo to immerse yourself in the literary world. Grab a steaming cuppa and watch the misty sunrises and vibrant sunsets from these balconies while sipping on a steaming cup of tea. When the chilly air sets in, guests can request a bonfire to be lit up or snuggle up next to the fireplace.  ADD-ON SERVICES - A barbecue kit can be made available at an additional cost. Ingredients will be charged as per actuals. - A bonfire setup can be availed at an extra cost of Rs.1000 for 1 hour. - Pets are allowed inside the premises for an additional charge of Rs. 2000 per dog, per day. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - It takes about 22 stairs to reach the main villa, hence senior citizens should be advised before booking. - All-male groups are not allowed. - This is a pet-friendly property. However, pets are allowed at an additional charge. - In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all lights and a few plug points for up to 5 hours. - All mobile networks work fairly well here. - Please note that outside food is not allowed at the property. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - The villa is located in a forested area. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the property for security purposes. - This is a standalone property. - The caretaker resides on the premises of the property. It is often described as a hiker’s paradise, surrounded by lush greenery and majestic mountains. HOUSE RULES - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.  - Please note that pets are not allowed in the bedrooms. - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.  - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.  - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.  We look forward to hosting you soon.
