A few minutes away from Awas Beach, this sprawling villa features a stunning white-washed facade with a gable, and equally gorgeous, contemporary interiors equipped with modern amenities. Lay down on the grassy lawn, admire the towering trees, sip your favourite cocktail or simply lounge by the massive L-shaped pool! The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 4 spacious bedrooms and 1 kids’ room. 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor and 3 are on the first floor. - AC, Wi-Fi and views are offered in all rooms. - 4 rooms have king-sized beds and attached bathrooms and 1 room has a queen-sized bed. - Both rooms on the ground floor offer an attached patio with direct access to the lawn and pool. - 1 room on the first floor has an attached private balcony, and 2 rooms open up to the common balcony on the first floor overlooking the pool. BATHROOMS - There are 4 attached bathrooms and 1 powder room in the villa. - All attached bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - The living room is on the ground floor, with floor to ceiling glass windows that open up to the pool deck area. - It provides comfortable seating for up to 14 people and is equipped with a tower AC, TV, Wi-Fi and a portable music system. - There is a separate dining area on the ground floor. It can seat up to 10 people and is equipped with an AC. - The villa offers a huge L-shaped pool, 5.5 ft. in depth. It has an attached gazebo, bar stools and pool loungers. - There is a lush lawn next to the path leading up to the villa. Guests can lounge on the grass and enjoy the fresh breeze. - There is a games room on the first floor with an attached common balcony overlooking the pool. - The common balcony has a spiral staircase with direct access to the pool and the lawn. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals. - It is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, water purifier, crockery and cutlery. FOOD - All vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per person, per day. - All non-vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 2200 per person, per day. - Barbecue meals are available at an additional cost of Rs. 750 per person, per meal. - For groups fewer than 6 people, a cook can be arranged at an additional charge, if confirmed 72hrs prior to the check-in date. This is subject to availability. - The meals will be delivered to the villa. - Guests can also go out to nearby restaurants like Kiki’s Cafe and Deli, Food Garden Restaurant, Bombay Food Truck, Bohemyan Blue, Boardwalk by Flamboyant and Buono Pizzeria. - Guests can indulge in the local fare at nearby restaurants, however, please check the timings given the prevalent lockdown rules. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals. GUEST ACCESS The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy a refreshing splash in the pool, or play indoor games like cards, carrom, table tennis and other board games. Guests can take a peaceful walk in the lawn, play badminton and cricket or venture out and enjoy a stroll on the beach. They can also relish a hearty barbecue meal amidst fresh breeze. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - The swimming pool is 5.5 ft. deep, hence guests are advised to be cautious. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - In case of a power outage, the 40 KVA generator can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Airtel and Jio work fairly well here. - Guests are advised to remain cautious, given the presence of insects around, during the monsoon season. - Owing to monsoons, the road conditions leading up to the villa may be poor. - Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property. PET POLICY - Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional charge. - Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area. - In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. - Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area. - As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food. - Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them. - Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove. Add-on Services - An additional pet fee of Rs. 1000 per pet, per day will be charged. - All veg and non-veg meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 1800 per person, per day. - All non-vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per person, per day. Thakkar Supermarket - 4 km. - Distance from Mandwa Jetty - 6.4 km HOUSE RULES - Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM. - Alcohol consumption is allowed. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. - One must wear swimming attire and shower before entering the pool. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. - Pets are strictly not permitted on beds and in the swimming pool. - Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
