The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 5 spacious bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 4 on the first floor. - All rooms offer comfortable king-sized beds, AC, Wi-Fi access and ensuite bathrooms. - One room has an attached balcony, with a spiral staircase offering direct access to the pool. BATHROOMS - There are 8 bathrooms in the villa - 5 attached, 1 common and 2 poolside changing rooms. - All attached bathrooms have geysers, towels, essential toiletries and a separate dressing area. - Bathtubs are offered in 2 bathrooms. INDOOR AREAS - There are 2 huge living rooms - 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. - The living room on the ground floor offers comfortable accommodation for up to 40 people. - It is equipped with several amenities, including ACs, a portable music system and Wi-Fi access. - The living room on the first floor offers comfortable seating for up to 6 people and is equipped with a TV, CCTV cameras and Wi-Fi access. - The dining room is a part of the living room on the ground floor and offers comfortable seating for up to 12 people. - There is a lawn-facing, furnished games room on the first floor. It is an ideal space to simply lounge and enjoy numerous indoor games, including table tennis, snooker, carrom, and poker. - For all book-lovers, there is a library on the second floor as well. OUTDOOR AREAS - There is a 10,000 sq. ft landscaped lawn with a gazebo. It can seat up to 40 people at any given time. - The lawn also features a lounge-worthy seating area with outdoor furniture. - There is a huge private swimming pool with an attached gazebo and washrooms. It is 20x40 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth. Guests have access to the pool till 11:30 pm. - The pool loungers and floats in and around the pool are attached to the bar area for guests to enjoy their favourite drinks. KITCHEN - Guest do not have access to the main and outdoor kitchen. - They are equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery - Cooking and storage of non-vegetarian food is not allowed, however, consumption is allowed. - Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals. FOOD - Guests can opt for the vegetarian all-meals package, available at Rs.2000 per person, per day. - Non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 2200 per person, per day. - The meal package includes lunch, high-tea, dinner, and breakfast for the next day. Please note that the meal prices will be exclusive of tax charges. - For groups with fewer than 6 people, a cook can be arranged at an additional charge, if confirmed 72hrs prior to the check-in date. This is subject to availability. - Guests can also choose to order-in vegetarian and non-vegetarian food from nearby restaurants. - A barbecue kit is also available at an additional cost of Rs.600 per person. Raw materials will be charged as per actuals. Guests are only allowed to make vegetarian barbecue meals. - Guests can indulge in the local fare at nearby restaurants, however, please check the timings given the prevalent lockdown rules. - Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals. GUEST ACCESS The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for 2 staff members at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per person, per day, exclusive of meal charges. Extra mattresses will be provided to be used in the living area or kitchen. The staff can use the poolside washrooms and not the villa washrooms. HANDPICKED EXPERIENCES Within the property, guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the sprawling pool or simply relax on the loungers and pool floats. Guests can use the neatly maintained lawn to enjoy a competitive game of badminton. For those who enjoy spending time indoors, the games room is ideal for some down time with table tennis, carrom, snooker and poker. One can also pick up a book from the library to enjoy peacefully in the lawn or balcony amidst scenic views. Hearty barbecue meals can also be arranged, accompanied with laughs and loads of memories. All in all, soak in the calm, serene environment, and use this space to disconnect from everyday hustle and chaos. ADD-ON SERVICES - Guests can also host events, special occasions and other celebratory functions at the villa. - Complimentary coconut water will be served during check-in. - A vegetarian all-meals package is available at Rs.2000 per person, per day, which includes lunch, high-tea, dinner and breakfast for the next day. The meals will be delivered to the villa kitchen. - For groups with fewer than 6 people, a cook can be arranged at an additional charge, if confirmed 72hrs prior to the check-in date. - Guests can also relish barbecue meals, the barbecue kit is available at an additional cost of Rs.600 per person. - All in all, soak in the calm, serene environment, and use this space to disconnect from everyday hustle and chaos. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Please note that a path, approximately 1.5 km, leading up to the villa may not be a concrete road, and might be damaged due to adverse weather conditions. - There are CCTV cameras that capture all the entrances. - In case of a power outage, a 62.5 KVA generator is available to support all appliances for up to 8 hours. One tank of diesel will be provided, however, guests will have to bear the cost of any additional diesel that may be needed post 8 hours. - The caretaker stays on the premises. - Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Airtel and Vi work fairly well here. - Guests are advised to remain cautious, given the presence of insects around, during the monsoon season. - Owing to monsoons, the road conditions leading up to the villa may be poor. - Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property. PET POLICY - Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional charge. - Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area. - In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. - Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area. - As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food. - Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them. - Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove. NEIGHBOURHOOD The property is located 6.6km away from Kihim Beach and 8km from Awas Beach. If you do wish to step out of the villa, make sure you check out Alibaug’s magnificent offerings. It is most commonly known for its sea forts, virgin beaches, black sand, mouthwatering seafood and a myriad of adventurous water sports. Please do not carry food and drinks in and around the pool. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - Only trained dogs are allowed in the villa. - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the villa and staff with the same respect and care as they would their own home and personal staff. A lot of effort has been put into making this home into a lovely space to be enjoyed by guests. - Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
