THE SPACE:
This unit is located on the 3rd floor and has an elevator! It offers a large walk out deck that faces the west, with mountain and ski area views. A ski locker is provided on the deck for easy storage as you ski home on the Four O’Clock Ski run, directly to your building. Cozy up to the gas fireplace in the living room or relax in one of the indoor community hot tubs after a long day on the slopes. If winter isn’t your thing, enjoy endless hiking and biking trails along with the Sawmill creek that runs through the property.
The Great Room features a Smart TV and comfortable seating along with the gas fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen and dining room offers everything you’ll need if you decide to dine in.
Bedroom #1 has a pillow top King Bed w/ luxury linens and an ensuite bathroom stocked with plush towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, 3 ply t.p. and more.
Bedroom #2 features 2 pillow top Queen Beds w/ luxury linens and an ensuite bathroom stocked with plush towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, 3 ply t.p. and more.
The Bonus Loft has a convertible sofa day bed that sleeps two (Twin upper and twin trundle) for more sleeping options and another Smart TV to enjoy.
The Imperial View Condo has just underwent a professional redesign, received all brand new furnishings, appliances and custom decor throughout.
Things to note:
-One parking pass is provided per reservation. Other vehicles will need to park off site at the airport road lot, or the ice rink lot (both free) and shuttle (your can take the free shuttle) with a guest who is using the one parking spot at the condo. This is strictly enforced as parking is short being this close to downtown Breckenridge.
The home has a coded keypad on the door. Access code will be sent to you the morning of check in.
Other things to note
- Not able to accommodate check in/out on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day
