Beach Baller

Located in the center of town, hovering above the action on Market Street, Beach Baller combines the best of everything. Easy access to the beach, and just steps from the shops, restaurants and food market. A huge priority in designing this home was to have two living spaces large enough for 8 people to comfortably gather in each space, and designed to be an easy retreat for 2 families. The main floor is an open floor plan with dining table seating for 8, and counter seating for 4. We know how great it is to be able to spend time with the whole family, but we also know that both kids and adults appreciate having their own spaces too. The open main floor living room and kitchen with outside deck provides a comfy place to relax while the kids can play upstairs in the large media/living room and adjacent bunk room. We’ve made it easy to enjoy a game or movie night together in the media room, with room to accommodate everyone at mealtimes in the dining room on the main floor. In the summers, have a seat on the deck and take in the Friday night concerts or watch the hustle and bustle of the Saturday morning farmers market without leaving the house. Our fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to easily make meals of any size, including a gas grill on the deck. Or, if you don’t feel like cooking, you’ll love the convenience of dining in or grabbing a meal to go at one of Property Manager’s restaurants, located just steps outside the front door. Comfortably sleep up to 8 people in our 3 bedroom configuration: the main floor has 2 bedrooms, each with king sized beds and large TVs, while the upstairs bunk room has 4 XL twins. -WHAT PEOPLE LOVE -We have tried to think of everything you will need to relax while you’re on vacation. Here’s what people say they love the most about our home: - Read a book, solve a puzzle or play one of our many games in our fully stocked huge TV media room also known as ’sofa city’. - Dim the lights, sink into our cushy sofa or club chairs and enjoy the gas fireplace at night. - Cook, bake or BBQ in our spacious kitchen equipped with all the amenities of home and maybe a few extras, including a Kitchen Aid mixer, baking supplies, Crock Pot, Popcorn air popper, extra serving trays, bowls and more! - Wash your dog easily in the walk-in shower that features a hand held detachable shower head. - Pack light and know that you can take care of laundry with our washer and dryer. - If you’re attending a wedding or special event, we’re just down the street from the Town Hall, and we feature full size mirrors in the bedrooms to ensure you leave the house looking your best. Home is located on the second floor above retail space. It can only be accessed via a flight of stairs.
