Tristão Vaz I is an apartment on the ground floor of a small urban building, completely renovated and prepared for tourist accommodation, and is ideal for two people.
The accommodation measures approximately 45 m2 and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a living room with kitchen and dining area. The living room has a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed. There is a small patio at the back of the building with a table and chairs. There is also a private parking space on the property.
It is equipped with air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, fridge and freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and other kitchen utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and TV with international channels, among other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.
LOCATION
The apartment is in Machico city just 600 m from the sea and from the sand beach.
Within walking distance there are shops, supermarkets, the main bus station and some attractions.
The airport is at 5 km and a few kilometres away there are stunning cliffs, mountains and forest trails for nature lovers and hikers.
Nearby you can enjoy many outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking, beach, surfing, fishing and other activities.
The apartment has easy pedestrian access to the city centre, bus stops and has easy access to the main roads to discover the island.
REMARKS
Although the place is not very busy, there may be noise from traffic and people circulating on the street, which is mitigated by closing the windows.
We ask that all guests keep food well-packed, so as to limit attracting insects given the island climate.
Cleaning is done before guests arrive and then a weekly maintenance cleaning is carried out, which includes changing bed linen and towels.
CONDITIONS
1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. Self-check-in with flexible arrival time is available via a key lockbox whose code is created and sent on the day of arrival. For face-to-face check-in, it is necessary to schedule the time and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.
4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements.
5. Guests must inform about allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking in order to verify compliance and appropriate measures to be taken.
