Located in wooded privacy close to the base of Peak 8 in Breckenridge, Rocky Mountain Lodge offers a stunning authentic design with spacious living on two levels. Urban travelers seeking an exceptional mountain experience will love the upscale lodge feel and forested views of this 3,350-square-foot home with its warm ambiance, 5 bedrooms, and open floor plan.
The great room is open to the kitchen and dining with a stunning display of beautiful exposed walnut beams and floor-to-ceiling windows. Cozy up beside the stone fireplace on comfortable seating and enjoy the luxurious feel of this room. The gourmet kitchen is a cook’s dream with high-end appliances, a Thermador range, an oven with a warming drawer, and gorgeous custom cabinetry. A large center island seats 6 and provides plenty of counter space for meal preparation, happy hour, and conversation. An elegant dining area seats 8-10 at a beautiful custom table and benches. Access the main level deck with an outdoor grill and seating in summer.
This private lot backs up to the protected private Cucumber Gulch, with decks overlooking cross-country ski and snowshoe trails and plenty of hiking. A lower patio has an inviting gas fire pit with seating, right next to a private outdoor hot tub – everything you need to enjoy the Colorado nighttime air.
On the main level is the spacious primary king suite, with large windows, a TV, and a gorgeous ensuite bath with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and dual sinks.
Family game and movie night start downstairs in the lower-level family room with a comfy sectional sofa, flatscreen TV, gaming, foosball table, and game table. Four other rooms are on this level including two king suites and two bunk rooms the kids will love. A queen sofa bed in the family room makes an extra sleeping option, along with a full sofa bed in each of the bunkrooms.
Other amenities include a main-level mudroom and laundry room, warm, cozy, radiant in-floor heating throughout, a whole-house music system, and high-speed internet. Guest have use of a large 2-bay garage with available parking for four cars total in garage and driveway. Get around easily with a 5-minute walk to the free shuttle, a 7-minute walk to Peak 8 base, or a 5-minute drive to town.
Regretfully, weddings and events are not permitted in Property Manager homes.
CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: Colorado’s mountain towns are busy with construction each spring, summer, and fall. This home may experience disruption from a nearby project. Give us a call to discuss current activity as it ebbs and flows.
SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the property manager shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence, and guest services.
IN HOME AMENITIES
All properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado’s cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can’t live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.
